Newfields - Indianapolis Art Museums

When working at Newfields I assisted the registrar department. I was tasked with digitizing the loan collection from the 1920s. Having to learn how to read cursive and try to find the artwork in the collection.

My work included:

Assisted with Digitization Initiatives for materials associated with the permanent collection and loans
Assisted with registration projects as needed

Museum of Richmond

When working at the Museum of Richmond I was tasked with ditizing the collection. With this being a small institution many of the artifacts were not pictured. Along with cataloging I also photographed the artifacts.

My work included:

Created social media posts about artifacts that are within the collection by researching the item
Redesigned the digitization of the collection through updated pictures and organization of the catalog
Greeted all guests entering the museum by explaining the current exhibition and the permanent collection
